The history of the family-run Maison Mercier dates back to 1912, when great-grandfather Marcel began baking his first saltine biscuits in the heart of Berry. Thirty years later, in 1942, we were joined by the chocolates started by our grandfather Pierre. Today, four generations later, we continue this tradition and bring you the finest biscuits and chocolates, made with love and respect for the craft.
